The Importance of Partnership

Veketia E. Gibson will be a featured speaker at the 1st Annual International Assembly hosted by the National Association of Black Oncologists (NABONC) in partnership with New Pulse Healthcare on October 4, 2025.

In her talk titled “The Power of Advocacy: A Family Story”, Veketia shares a moving personal narrative about caregiving, community, and the call to advocate for those we love. Rooted in faith and lived experience, her message challenges healthcare leaders to center family voices, build equity-rooted partnerships, and lead with empathy.
