Total trip expenses are $4,597 based on double occupancy or $5,196 based on single occupancy, inclusive of air/travel expenses. If you choose the "land only" package, the cost is $3,497 per person for Double Occupancy and $4,096 for Single Occupancy. To secure your spot, a $300 deposit is required. Full payment for the trip is due by June 13, 2025.

Double occupancy refers to the accommodation rate or policy for two people sharing a single room. We can accommodate roommate plans, as well as pair you with someone or should you be traveling alone. There are packages that include having a room to yourself.

The pilgrimage package typically includes roundtrip airfare from EWR or JFK. However, attendees have the option to arrange their own international flights and transfers. Opting for this "land only" choice results in a total cost of $3,495 with double occupancy. Please note that departing from airports not listed may incur additional costs beyond the stated package prices.

A $100 fee will be collected for cancelling your trip. However; 100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Protection Program, provided premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is coverable. Those who do not take travel protection should be aware of the following per-person cancellation penalties: From day of registration to 105 days prior to departure, you will be charged the $100 non-refundable cancellation fee plus any airline fees. Additionally, thereafter, you will be charged any airline penalties and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into a single plus the following per-person charges: 180-151 days = $400; 150-121 days = $700; 120-31 days = 50% of total cost; 60 days to day of departure = 100% of total cost. Submit cancellation in writing. On or after day of departure, there will be no refund for any services not used. cancellation in writing.
